At Kori Whiskey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium glassware and bar accessories. If your order isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack With Care

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective padding and box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
